Stairs: *Please note that due to the small format and historic nature of the building, there is no elevator at Champlain Street and each apartment is located upstairs, therefore therefore the use of stairs is required to reach every room.

City-View Junior One Bedrooms
The Junior One Bedroom apartments include a kitchen and living area separated from a sleeping room. The sleeping room has a queen-size bed. The living area includes a convertable sofa bed that can sleep a 3rd person.
Over-Alley Studio Apartments
The over-alley studio apartments face eastward to the back of the property and get morning light. The apartments are efficiently designed for a convenient stay for 1 to 2 people.
City-View Studio Apartment
A unique studio apartment facing the city-view on the front of the building, this unit has large casement windows that give a wide view of the streetlife in the plaza out front. The apartment is thoughtfully designed for 1-2 people.
