House Rules

CHECK OUT: Check out is at 11:00am or before. Avoid a late $50 fee by checking out on time. Failure to checkout by the check out time $50 late fee for every 30 minutes you are late.

QUIET HOURS: 10 PM - 8 AM. Staff members have the right to move this up if any disturbances are caused.

VISITORS: No visitors in the property or in your apartment. If you need to add guests to your reservation, please message us to do so. For your protection and security, we only allow registered guests on the premises. Occupancy of the apartment by more people than allowed on the reservation is prohibited.

NO PARTIES: Parties and gatherings are not allowed. The property is intended to be a peaceful and quiet refuge for all guests. Occupancy of the apartment at any time by more than the number of people allowed on the reservation is prohibited.

NO SMOKING, NO DRUGS: No smoking or vaping or drug use of any sort indoors. Any smoking, vaping or drug use inside the apartment or building will result in a $500 deep cleaning fee.

MAXIMUM LENGTH OF STAY: You are able to stay for up to 29 nights in a 365 day period.

NO CURFEW: We do not enforce any curfew, feel free to come and go as you please. Just keep quiet hours and other house rules in mind.

NO OUTSIDE LINENS / SLEEPING BAGS: Please do not bring any blankets, pillows, sleeping bags, etc. No outside bedding is allowed within guest rooms. We have everything you need!

ANIMALS AND PETS: We unfortunately do not allow for furry friends to stay at the property. Trained and certified service animals are the only exception to this rule.

No emotional support animal (ESA) or companion animals are allowed. ESA are not recognized as service animals under the ADA laws.

MANAGEMENT’S DISCRETION: For the good of all guests in the property, Management requires all guests to abide by the House Rules during their Stay. If a guest participates in disorderly behavior, is personally unsanitary and fails to clean up after being notified, or fails to comply with the above rules, the guest will be asked to leave at the guest's expense, and no refunded will be provided plus other costs to remedy a situation caused by the guest may be charged. Management also reserves the right to deny entry or refuse services to anyone.

Reservation Modification and Cancellations:

Deposits & Modification/Cancellation

When making a reservation, the specific requirements for deposit and modifications for that reservation will be shown at or prior to the time of booking and will be included in your reservation confirmation email.

Please refer to your reservation confirmation for the exact deposit and modification or cancellation policy for that reservation.

Force Majeure: The Hotel shall not be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement arising out of, or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure they have appropriate travel insurance from a third-party to cover any such events.
